Hi, I'm Chlöe, a certified home stager and redesigner based in Central Saanich on Vancouver Island. I help homeowners and realtors present properties at their absolute best.

I believe that how a home feels when you walk through the door is what makes someone picture their life in it. That's what I create: the feeling that makes buyers say yes.

From a quick consultation to a full vacant staging with my own curated inventory, I handle the entire process so you can focus on the sale.

What I Offer

Every service is priced by scope — rooms staged, work required — not by the hour. You get a flat project fee with no surprises.

Consultations

A walkthrough of your property with room-by-room recommendations on how to prepare for listing. Available as a verbal consultation or with a written report.

Occupied Staging

Working with your existing furniture and belongings, I rearrange, restyle, and add finishing touches to present each room at its best for photos and showings.

Vacant Staging

Full staging with my curated inventory. Furniture, art, textiles, and accessories delivered, styled, and maintained for the duration of your listing.

Decluttering & Prep

Hands-on sorting, packing, and organizing to get your home listing-ready. Base package covers core rooms with add-ons for garages, basements, pantries, and more.

Estate Clearing

Respectful, thorough clearing of homes in transition. Sorting, donating, and removing belongings with care — not a junk removal service.

Redesign & Refresh

Not selling? I also help homeowners fall in love with their space again. New arrangement, updated styling, and a fresh perspective on what you already own.

How It Works

From First Call to Listing Photos

Consultation

We walk the property together. I assess each room and build a plan tailored to your listing and budget.

Proposal

You receive a clear, flat-fee quote covering scope, rooms, timeline, and everything included. No surprises.

Staging Day

I deliver, set up, and style every room. Fast turnaround — your property is listing-ready by end of day.

Sold

Once the property sells, I handle takedown and removal at no extra charge. Then we do it again on your next listing.
